Core Responsibilities
- Be the Brand Voice: Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at all events.
- Customer Engagement: Provide product information, answer inquiries, and offer demonstrations or samples.
- Promotion Assistance: Support customers with completing order or registration forms during events.
- Pricing Knowledge: Effectively communicate approximate quotes for product packages.
- Event Reporting: Keep detailed records of event traffic, customer feedback, and challenges to help improve customer service.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Experience: Previous event-based customer service experience is a plus.
- Organizational Skills: Strong time management and the ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
- Team Player: Collaborates effectively with the Event Team while also working independently.
- Professionalism: Represents the brand positively with enthusiasm and a customer-first attitude.
- Flexibility: Availability for evening and weekend events is required.
