Job Summary : The Wellness and Benefits Specialist will be responsible for managing all aspects of employee healthcare enrollments, vendor relations, and benefits administration. This role will also focus on promoting wellness initiatives and running health challenges to enhance our employee population’s well-being. The role will also provide the opportunity to work on HR related activities and will assist with streamlining processes and data clean-up. A bachelor’s degree in finance, HR, or data analytics is required along with at least one year automotive HR, Talent Acquisition or other related experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Healthcare Enrollments : Manage the enrollment process for healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision plans.
- Vendor Relations : Maintain positive relationships with benefits vendors and brokers, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery.
- Benefits Administration : Oversee the administration of 401(k), short-term disability (STD), long-term disability (LTD), and life insurance plans.
- Monthly Reconciliation : Perform monthly reconciliation of benefits-related accounts and ensure accuracy in records.
- Employee Interaction : Serve as the primary point of contact for employees with questions or issues related to their benefits.
- Wellness Initiatives : Develop and run wellness challenges and programs aimed at improving employee health and engagement.
- Data Analysis : Utilize analytical skills to assess benefits data and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- HR Generalist Activities : Provide support for HR related programs and initiatives as requested.
