Hourly Pay Rate: $25.00-$30.00 DOQ

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serves as an assistant to the Executive Director and Executive Team, handling inquiries & administrative needs
- Managing calendar commitments, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Manage logistics of organizations meetings, events, retreats, trainings, etc.
- Supports timely and effective communications to partners, staff, and community members
- Maintaining organized record system for organizational documents
- Coordinates Board of Director activities including notes, meeting minutes, copies, scheduling, etc.
- Coordinate functions for fundraising and other organization events
- Coordinates office site needs with facilities team
- Works harmoniously with and shows respect for employees, supervisors, vendors and clients
- Performs other duties as assigned with flexibility to the hours & at times hours need some flexibility to fulfill job requirements
- Ability to set priorities and complete responsibilities independently
- Ability to hold confidentiality & trust with Board & Executive members
- Ability to work effectively as a collaborative team member
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail oriented and resourceful
- Proven computer skills (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Content Central)
- Proven public relations & customer support skills
- Must pass Department of Human Services background check and maintain "qualified" status
- Must not be excluded from working in government health programs by the Office of Inspector General
- If using own vehicle for company business, must have a current valid driver's license and must have insurance as required by state law.
