Job Purpose:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO. This role (full-time or part-time) is vital in ensuring the CEO can focus on strategic leadership while day-to-day administrative and personal tasks are efficiently handled. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with an entrepreneurial leader, gaining insight into business operations and potential career growth opportunities.
Duties (not limited to):
- Scheduling and Coordination: Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring all commitments are prioritized effectively.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, handling correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
- Meeting Preparation: Research and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, briefing documents, and follow-ups.
- Research: Conduct business-related research to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Personal Support: Oversee family scheduling, manage household-related errands, and provide personal assistance as needed.
- Flexibility: Be available for occasional evening or weekend work and travel as requested.
Skills/Qualifications:
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Canva experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model, adjusting seamlessly between in-person and remote tasks.
