What You’ll Do:
- Support the Sales Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring goals and quotas are met.
- Coach, mentor, and motivate sales representatives to achieve their best performance and exceed sales targets.
- Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer acquisition.
- Track sales performance and help the team stay on target, providing feedback and guidance where needed.
- Assist with training new hires and helping them get acclimated to company processes and best practices.
- Help build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure alignment of sales initiatives and campaigns.
