What You’ll Do:
As a Member Loan Consultant, you'll be the trusted advisor our members turn to for smart, affordable lending solutions. From vehicle loans to debt consolidation, you’ll help them make confident financial decisions—all while meeting your own performance goals and advancing your career.
- Originate consumer loans and exceed performance targets
- Build lasting relationships with current and prospective members
- Identify opportunities to improve products, services, and processes
- Represent MTC Federal at offsite events and sales promotions
- Provide members with debt counseling and financial education

Requirements
· 1-3 years of similar or related experience.
· A two-year college degree or equivalent specialized training.
· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
· Proficiency in MS Office products.
· A passion for sales and helping others.
