About the Role: As a Member Loan Consultant, you will play a crucial role in originating consumer loans and building strong relationships with our members. Your primary focus will be on sales, using your knowledge of the consumer marketplace, products, and finance to understand our members' needs and offer the best solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Originate consumer loans and meet or exceed performance goals.
· Build and maintain relationships with members and potential members.
· Identify opportunities for new and improved products, services, and processes.
· Support offsite and outbound promotions and sales campaigns.
· Provide debt counseling and financial education to members.
· Collaborate with internal team members to ensure the highest levels of member service.
