What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chief Operating Officer position at mTrade?
Provides strategic and operational direction to multiple operating units such as Operations, Technical, Database and Analytics teams, Client Facing Teams, Client Support Services, Data Extraction / Automation Functions, and Product Management. Assist CEO and President to establish strategic objectives and operating policies and procedures to ensure attainment of organizational objectives. Evaluate results within business units to determine if organizational objectives are being met. We are an Azure-based SaaS infrastructure company.
Responsibilities :
- Be in solid alignment with the mission and culture expressed by the CEO and President.
- Ability to demonstrate extreme ownership.
- Lead design and implementation of business strategies, processes, and procedures.
- Oversee daily operations of the company, collaborating and communicating effectively with the senior leadership team.
- Work with teams to support effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention.
- Ensure concerns, including solutions, are communicated in a timely manner.
- Exemplify leadership by encouraging maximum performance while expressing clarity for accountability.
- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
- Plan and maintain operational budget.
- Finger on the pulse without being in the weeds.
