WHO YOU ARE:

You love bingo, are energetic and friendly, enjoy having fun, are customer focused, have cash-handling experience, and enjoy supervising a bingo professionals.       

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Assists with the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Live Bingo team including assistance with hiring, training, career development; planning, assigning, and reviewing work performance; addressing complaints and resolving issues from department employees.
• Maintain quality control of all aspects of the bingo operations by inspecting the hall prior to opening, observing that promos are posted, floor employees are in uniforms, monitor employees for customer service ensuring that customers are treated courteously. 
• Assists with programing bingo games into computer for daytimes, evening, late night and special games.
• Prepare work schedules for Live Bingo Department and review with Live Bingo Shift Managers.  Verify that scheduled staff will be on duty, works with HR to recruit replacements when needed, and review overtime issues.
• Attends and communicates updates at marketing promotion meetings, recommends program changes, special events, prices, etc., to the Promo team; assists with testing and implementing promotions.
• Accomplishes department objectives by managing staff; planning and evaluating department activities while the bingo games are in play.
• Verifies and processes jackpot paperwork, completes hype sheets and other service-related assignments.
• Ensures that all boards are correct, machines prepared, bingo balls cleaned and ready, and caller stand is prepared.
• Enforces rules and regulations of all approved Muckleshoot Indian Bingo; Policy and Procedures and Internal Controls.
• Review reports, paper issues/returns, cash drop, coupons, voids, and credit card transactions to verify employees balance reports.    
• Purchases and/or recommends the purchase of bingo-related supplies, equipment, uniforms, or technology.
• Assists with the annual Live Bingo departmental budget.
• Assists with facilitating monthly department meetings to inform staff of updates, changes and/or problematic situations through regular and ongoing communication.
• Assists Live Bingo Manager with special investigations and/or technical reports; completes special projects as needed.
• Recommends, creates and/or implements Live Bingo standards, internal controls, policies, and procedures in accordance with Tribal Gaming Regulations.
• Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems; recommending system improvements.
• Conducts PIN releases on electronic gaming devices, completes voids on transactions as required, conducts customer refunds, and other related tasks as needed.
• Request or recommend the purchase of bingo-related supplies, equipment, uniforms, or technology.
• Prepares and maintains various Live Bingo reports and documents.
• Participates in formulating and streamlining departmental operations through the continuous assessment of policies and procedures, work processes, and program effectiveness and value.
• Maintains tip box key, retrieves cash, and oversees the equal distribution of tips to staff on shift in accordance with established policy.
• Sells and issues playing packs and electronics; periodically reviews them for irregularities during shift.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU BRING:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• AA/AS degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Five (5) years gaming experience required.
• Three (3) years managerial experience required.

We have grown from our humble beginnings as a small bingo tent located where our sister property Muckleshoot Casino now stands, into a state-of-the-art 55,000 square foot entertainment space, boasting two floors with over 1,000 bingo seats and over 500 of the hottest Vegas-style slot machines, and annually employ over 200 people from across the greater Auburn area.
