WHO YOU ARE:
You love bingo, are energetic and friendly, enjoy having fun, are customer focused, have cash-handling experience, and enjoy running a department of bingo professionals.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Responsible for overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Live Bingo team including hiring, training, career development; planning, assigning, and reviewing work performance; preparing work schedules and approving department payroll, maintaining employee department files; addressing complaints and resolving issues from department employees.
- Attends marketing promotion meetings, recommends program changes, special events, prices, etc., to the Promo team; responsible for testing and implementing promotions.
- Develops quarterly plans for improvement and/or growth, prepares and adheres to the annual income and expense budget for the Bingo department, reviews, and reports on monthly P&L.
- Responsible for maintaining updated Internal Controls and departmental procedures to ensure all Tribal Minimum Internal Control Standards are met.
- Maintain quality control of all aspects of the bingo operations by inspecting the hall prior to opening, observing that promos are posted, floor employees are in uniforms, monitor employees for customer service ensuring that customers are treated courteously.
- Programs and enter programed bingo games into computer for daytimes, evening, late night and special games.
- Responsible for audits and Notice of Violation (NOVAC) in accordance with Tribal Gaming.
- Purchases and/or recommends the purchase of bingo-related supplies, equipment, uniforms, or technology.
- Conducts special investigations and/or technical reports; completes special projects as needed.
- Creates and/or implements Live Bingo standards, internal controls, policies, and procedures in accordance with Tribal Gaming Regulations.
- Verifies and processes jackpot paperwork, completes hype sheets and other service-related assignments.
- Responsible for quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems; recommending system improvements.
- Facilitates monthly department meetings to inform staff of updates, changes and/or problematic situations through regular, ongoing communication.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Ten (10) years gaming experience required.
- At least five (5) years supervisory experience at a management level or higher required.

We have grown from our humble beginnings as a small bingo tent located where our sister property Muckleshoot Casino now stands, into a state-of-the-art 55,000 square foot entertainment space, boasting two floors with over 1,000 bingo seats and over 500 of the hottest Vegas-style slot machines, and annually employ over 200 people from across the greater Auburn area.
