Mueller Reports is looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Agents to join our growing team. This is a part time, full remote position (minimum of 20 hours per week.)

As a Quality Assurance Agent, you will be responsible for reviewing reports of residential homes submitted by our property inspection team. Your task will be to ensure the accuracy and integrity of reports by adhering to established review procedures.

The successful candidate will thrive in an independent and fast-paced role and possess strong critical thinking skills and deductive reasoning abilities. Mueller QA agents are expected to draw on these skills to arrive at sound judgments on the accuracy and reliability of inspection reports before finalization and delivery to customers.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

· Effective time management and organizational skills, and superior attention to detail.

· Comfortability working in a fully remote work environment.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to navigate various company systems and databases.

· Predictable and reliable schedule/availability (at least 20 hours per week for PT, 35 hours per week for FT).

· Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.

· A home office equipped with high-speed/broadband home internet. Please note that a screenshot showing network speed and reliability will be required.

· A newer computer (laptop or desktop) running a Mac or Windows operating system (Chromebooks and tablets are not compatible with company systems). The device should:

-Have internet connectivity/functionality.

· Have the latest system updates installed.

· Have up-to-date antivirus software installed.

· Have a webcam/microphone enabled for conference calls and team meetings.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: While not required, a background in quality control, data entry, real estate, P&C Insurance, and/or construction is preferred. Training will be provided to otherwise qualified candidates.

• Salary: $13.00 per hour
• Benefits: Flexible schedule, paid training, choose your own hours. Paid holidays, paid Time Off, and Health Insurance (for FT employees only).
• Schedule: Monday to Sunday, self-set hours (after training/probationary period). Some weekend availability may be required.
