Position Title : Household Manager
We would like to have a proactive and organized Household Operations Manager to make sure the client's home runs smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you will oversee daily operations and ensure that every aspect of the household functions at its best. You will manage household employees by assigning tasks and monitoring their performance, track non-routine deep-cleaning tasks, and direct cleaning staff to maintain an orderly, clean environment. Additionally, you will coordinate with caregivers to meet the family’s needs, track and restock household essentials and special items, and schedule external service providers to ensure quality service at the proper time.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Arranging regular property upkeep, overseeing repairs, and conducting security checks to ensure home safety.
- You will organize family schedules, appointments, and social events, and plan and manage gatherings and celebrations from start to finish.
- This position also involves providing and coordinating daily care of pets, handling personal and household errands such as grocery shopping, and managing mail, packages, and correspondence.
- Further duties include maintaining organized household records, handling insurance and FSA submissions, filing paperwork, and disposing of outdated records.
- You will act as the primary contact for staff and vendors, handling communications and resolving issues as they arise.
- Additionally, you will set up seasonal decorations for special events, manage special household projects, and assist with light housekeeping, driving, additional pet care, and tidying common areas as needed.
