Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable / Payable Specialist to manage our financial transactions, including invoicing, collections, vendor payments, and account reconciliation. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and possesses excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage accounts receivable and payable transactions accurately and timely.
- Prepare, send, and follow up on invoices and collections.
- Reconcile accounts, ensuring discrepancies are resolved efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of financial data in the accounting system.
- Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal teams to resolve billing issues.
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial close processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred).
- Proven experience in accounts receivable and/or payable roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle confidential information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: $18.50 - $23.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
