What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper position at Mullen & Company, Inc.?
Small residential contractor seeking well organized individual to help manage project schedules, subcontractor and customer communications plus bookkeeping responsibilities. QuickBooks experience and knowledge required. Experience and familiarity with construction terminology and practices a plus; i.e. ability to read construction plans, door and window take off, understand specifications, etc. Salary commensurate with skills and experience. Benefits negotiable (paid holidays, insurance, etc.)

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
