About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Advisor to join our team at Mullinax Ford of New Smyrna. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction by accurately diagnosing and recommending appropriate repairs and maintenance services. You will work closely with our team of technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. Your ultimate goal will be to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and leave our dealership feeling satisfied and confident in their vehicle's performance.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership setting
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to accurately diagnose and recommend appropriate repairs and maintenance services
• Proficient in computer software programs such as Microsoft Office
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Ford dealership experience
• Stars training
• Experience with CDK software a Plus
