Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership setting
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to accurately diagnose and recommend appropriate repairs and maintenance services
- Proficient in computer software programs such as Microsoft Office
- Ford dealership experience
- Stars training
- Experience with CDK software a Plus
- Greet customers and accurately diagnose their vehicle's service needs
- Recommend appropriate repairs and maintenance services to customers
- Provide accurate estimates and timelines for repairs and maintenance services
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service throughout the service process
