What You'll Do:
As an Assistant Community Manager, you'll be the right hand to our Community Manager, ensuring that our property shines and runs like a well-oiled machine. Here’s a glimpse of your day-to-day:
- Maximize Property Performance: Help drive financial success and maintain our property's top-notch status in line with owner goals.
- Team Coordination: Oversee leasing activities, handle deposits, and ensure lease forms are completed with precision.
- Financial Management: Keep accounts payable and receivable in check with accurate reconciliation and timely collections.
- Leasing Excellence: Conduct engaging leasing tours, address inquiries, and manage online leasing with flair.
- Resident Relations: Proactively manage delinquency and maintain open lines of communication with residents.
- Community Care: Ensure the property is clean, safe, and well-maintained, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
- Administrative Duties: Keep meticulous records and reports, including vacancy reports and activity logs.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 2 years as an Assistant Property Manager.
- Skills: Proficiency in accounts management and ideally experience with OneSite.
- Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative spirit, and effective communication.
- Knowledge: Bookkeeping, business math, accounting, management, and marketing.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with office equipment and computer literacy.
- Flexibility: Willing to work weekends and holidays as needed.
