Inside Sales / Project Manager

Job Summary:

A customer service/inside sales rep/project manager for a multi line manufacturers’ representative that is located in Earth City. Position would be the liaison between sales support staff, outside sales, customers and factory representatives. Responsibilities would include quotation preparation, technical data preparation and service coordination.

Partial Listing of Key Responsibilities:

· Selection of equipment and other mechanical systems

· Develop project costs and prepare quotations as needed

· Prepare spare parts quotations

· Prepare technical data booklets and project Operational Manuals

· Assist Outside Sales and Sales Support to resolve both technical and administrative

· Any other duties as assigned

· Ability to read construction documents

· Ability to identify and complete critical tasks

· Ability to handle multiple projects with multiple tasks

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Ability to engage with a variety of personality types

· Proactive team player with the ability to be flexible

· Knowledge to utilize personal computer and other primary office equipment

· Working knowledge of MS Office Application and Web based systems

Qualifications:

· High School Diploma plus continued education, or equivalent work experience

· 3 to 5 years of similar office/sales experience in a fast paced environment in a manufacturer or distributor organization

· Preference for a background with technical equipment
