Job Overview:

 

As an Account Manager at Munro Supply, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our existing clients while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This is a highly collaborative role that requires an individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong business acumen, and a passion for building and nurturing relationships.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication, meetings, and excellent customer service.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and networking with potential clients.

- Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand clients' businesses, needs, and pain points.

- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients.

- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with the internal sales and operations team to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of products and services to clients.

- Proactively monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and potential challenges.

- Provide ongoing support, guidance, and assistance to clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities and strategies.

 

Requirements:

 

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong business acumen and ability to understand and analyze clients' needs.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.

Salary: $31,700 to $48,800 yearly
