Job Overview:
As an Account Manager at Munro Supply, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our existing clients while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication, meetings, and excellent customer service.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and networking with potential clients.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand clients' businesses, needs, and pain points.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the internal sales and operations team to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of products and services to clients.
- Proactively monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and potential challenges.
- Provide ongoing support, guidance, and assistance to clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand and analyze clients' needs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Salary: $31,700 to $48,800 yearly
