We are looking for a multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist management and all visitors to the company by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, making appointments and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and route callers to the appropriate party
Respond to questions and requests for information from customers
Greet and assist visitors
Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Organize and schedule appointments
Develop and maintain a filing system
Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items
Maintain office equipment, including computers, copy machines, and fax machines
Anticipate the needs of others to ensure their seamless and positive experience
Assume other receptionist duties when needed
Qualifications:
Must be comfortable with computers and general office tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Word
Exceptional communication skills
Excellent organization skills
Strong typing skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
