What You’ll Do:

As an Inside Sales & Estimator/Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in generating new business, preparing accurate estimates, and managing projects from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:

Inside Sales & Customer Relations

• Communicate with customers, contractors, and vendors to understand project requirements.
• Process orders, provide pricing, and ensure customer expectations are met.

Estimating & Project Bidding

• Prepare detailed and competitive estimates for structural steel and miscellaneous metals projects, including stairs, railings, ladders, mezzanines, gates, and more.
• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and job scopes to determine materials, labor, and equipment needs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to secure new business.

Project Management & Execution

• Oversee projects to ensure they stay on time, on budget, and within scope.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.
• Conduct site visits, attend job meetings, and resolve technical or contractual issues.
• Track costs, manage change orders, and monitor job progress.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in construction, steel fabrication, or project estimating (2 years preferred).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand project specifications.
• Detail-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in both office and field environments.
• Willingness to travel locally as needed.

• Do you currently live within a reasonable commuting distance of the Carlisle, PA area? We are not looking for anyone that is not local or another state, THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION
• Are you comfortable performing local job site visits, attending project meetings, and working in both office and field environments as needed?
