Type of Position: Direct Hire
Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze branch stock levels of assigned product lines for additional inventory purchases or stock transfer proposals.
- Support customer service by processing requests for mill quotations.
- Execute purchase orders based on inventory reviews.
- Perform timely and accurate stock receiving with calculated costing in the system.
- Conduct daily reviews of stock sales and stock receipts to identify potential inventory needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a procurement or parallel role
- Prior working knowledge of procurement processes and best practices
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to collaborate across multiple teams and branch locations
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline preferred
- Well organized, self-motivated, and able to prioritize tasks preferred
