Desktop Support Technician
Pay Rate: $21.00/HR W2 (Increase to $29/HR upon hire)
Hours: Full time, M-F, 8am-4:30pm, some OT, no on-call
Location: 101 Crawfords Corner Rd, Holmdel, NJ 77330
Duration: Contract-to-Hire
Description:
- Tickets, hardware and software troubleshooting
- Troubleshoot system, office, hardware, and business applications
- Monitor calls, incidents and requests using client provided ServiceNow tool
- Repair, test, image and clean PC’s, laptop, monitors, printers, and other related hardware.
- Monitor calls, incidents and requests using client provided Service Now tool
- Troubleshoot system, office, hardware, and business applications
- Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security, and systems groups.
Skills:
- Desktop Support (Win10 and Office 365)
- Candidates should have 2 years of experience supporting PC Hardware and software.
- Troubleshooting skills with hardware and software
- Ability to setup, configure and add hardware.
- A certification is a preferred.
- Must be able stay focused, working independently
