The Musco Field Sales Team is seeking an Inside Sales Associate based out of our Corporate office located in Oskaloosa, Iowa. The key areas of focus are prospecting new projects and customers, learning Musco’s systems and sales approach, and developing the skills needed to be a successful sales representative. The RSA is a developmental role that progresses into a Territory Sales Associate, which then leads to a Field Sales Representative.

What you will do as a Regional Sales Associate
- Generate market information relevant to the assigned territory
- Qualify long-range projects via face-to-face customer meetings
- Perform cold calling to selected schools and municipalities
- Effectively present and differentiate Musco's products and services to customers
- Conduct field market research examining the potential sales of new products and services and completing hands-on training
- Attend tradeshows and conferences
- Support achieve short and long-term strategic goals
