SUMMARY
Develop and deliver curriculum to support the vision and mission statement of MNGE. Consult with all levels of management to identify performance gaps/needs to support improvement process for the organization. Reports to the Training Manager and will ensure the training staff understands the commitment of organizational standards, executing training offerings and creating top quality work under aggressive timelines.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
1 . Assist with departmental strategic business plans and budgets, adhering to established guidelines, timetables and approved resources.
2. Develops and delivers training and coaching to new hires, existing employees and senior management.
3. Collaborates closely with the Training Manager along with subject matter experts to develop review and implement new training programs.
4. Identifies most effective delivery methods such as individual training, group instruction, self- study, lectures, demonstrations, simulation exercises, role play, and computer-based training.
5. Develop reports for Training Manager to identify performance improvement areas and skills that need to be reinforced on the casino floor.
6. Responsible for effective labor management and positive moral of the workforce. Takes ownership and coordinates management tasks including but not limited to leadership development, communication, training, performance management, compensation, guest service, and compliance issues.
7. Ensure compliance with gaming rules and regulations, tribal laws and mandates; establish and enforce controls to protect the Nation’s assets.

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree preferred; Business Administration, Adult Education or Human Resources preferred.
EXPERIENCE
2 years of training-related experience preferred.
Casino experience preferred.
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS
MCN OPG Gaming License is required
Key positions require knowledge and application of Title 31 reporting requirements.
Must have the ability to pass comprehensive background check, drug test, and obtain gaming license as required.
