Facility Manager (Multi-Location)
Job Summary : The Facility Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance of multiple clinic locations. This role ensures that all facilities are safe, functional, and compliant with regulations while optimizing cost efficiency and operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities :
Facility Operations & Maintenance :
- Oversee daily operations of multiple clinic facilities, ensuring all locations are well-maintained and operational.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other critical systems.
- Coordinate and supervise repair and renovation projects, ensuring minimal disruption to clinic operations.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and address potential issues proactively.
