• As a member of our Human Resources team, you will play a key role in recruiting top talent, providing support to managers and employees, handling employee relations issues, conducting performance evaluations, delivering training programs, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Responsibilities :
• Lead the recruitment process, from posting job openings to making hiring decisions- Offer guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters- Address employee relations issues with fairness and consistency- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws
• Requirements :
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field- 3 years of experience in HR roles- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion- SHRM certification is a plusThis is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $70,000 per year, based on experience.
