POSITION TITLE : IT Systems Manager
DEPARTMENT : MVI Field Services
REPORTS TO : IT Director
DESCRIPTION : The successful applicant will possess a strong background as a systems analyst and database management, computer management, and various operating systems. This role is essential in ensuring that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently, providing support to our users and maintaining optimal performance across all systems.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Develop internal and external facing reporting for a variety of projects
- Proficient in Office 365 including Excel, OneDrive, Outlook
- Experience with mobile devices, including Android and Apple preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to diagnose technical issues effectively
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey technical information clearly in English
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing outstanding service
- Must complete a pre-employment background check
- Be in possession of a valid U.S. driver's license
- Ability to visit other sites, if needed
- Manage and maintain documentation of policies, procedures and processes
- Strong knowledge of Server operating systems, network design & security, routers / firewalls
