Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Location Manager to oversee operations at our Clearwater, Florida location. The Location Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing staff, optimizing workflow, and maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily operations, including scheduling and logistics for moving teams.
- Oversee the hiring, training, and development of staff, including drivers, movers, and office personnel.
- Monitor performance, implement improvements, and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Coordinate with customers to ensure high-quality service and address any concerns or issues.
- Manage inventory and storage logistics, ensuring efficient use of space and resources.
- Track and report key performance metrics, including revenue, expenses, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure trucks and equipment are properly maintained and inspections are up to date.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a management role, preferably in logistics, transportation, or moving services.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance, including OSHA standards.
- Experience with preventative maintenance systems is a plus.
