Job Title: Accounting Analyst

MW Talent is seeking an Accounting Analyst for one of our clients, a well-established organization in the industry. This role requires a highly motivated, detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of accounting principles and the ability to support banking activities, journal entries, financial analysis, and audit preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cash & Treasury Management: Reconcile bank accounts, analyze cash flow, and assist in treasury activities.
- General Ledger & Reporting: Prepare monthly account reconciliations, ensure financial accuracy, and maintain GAAP compliance.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Support AP, AR, monthly accruals, and bank reconciliations.
- Financial Analysis & Compliance: Assist with external audits, tax filings (1099s, W-9s), and special financial projects.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with sales, procurement, operations, IT, and marketing.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or equivalent work experience)
✔️ 3 years of accounting experience
✔️ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and accounting software
✔️ Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple departments
