Job Title: IT/HelpDesk Support

Job Description:
- Provide first-line telephone support for hardware and software systems.
- Provide support to end-users with MS Office Suite and Windows OS.
- Answer questions related to installation, configuration, customization, and usage.
- Troubleshoot common issues, escalate complex problems, and follow up on solutions.
- Perform root cause analysis and create checklists for typical problems.
- Recommend procedures to prevent recurring issues.
- Enter data into the call tracking database.
