Key Responsibilities:
- Full ownership of the client relationship by partnering with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the client's defined business objectives.
- Manage client risk, billing, and contractual escalations.
- Collaborate with internal teams as the "Voice of the Customer" to drive customer-centric outcomes.
- Identify and negotiate cross-sells, upsells, and renewal opportunities to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Determine and align technical and strategic value drivers and KPIs for the client's or partner's business with MX's products and service.
Requirements:
- 8 years of client success management and B2B account management in a SaaS organization (preferred).
- 5 years of experience in the financial industry (preferred).
- Strong organizational and personal skills for effective communication and negotiation, especially at an executive level.
- Proven track record delivering on corporate objectives and quotas while managing multiple clients and tasks concurrently.
- Passion for creating an elite client experience.
- Self-driven, motivated, and result-oriented.
