We're seeking a highly skilled Director, Revenue Operations to play a critical role in optimizing processes, systems, and strategies across our revenue organization. This position will drive operational excellence, ensure data-driven decision-making, and foster cross-functional alignment to support company-wide growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set and execute strategic priorities for Revenue Operations to align with MX's organizational goals.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing Revenue Operations team, ensuring team members have development plans and necessary resources to deliver in a high-performing culture.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Finance, and Business Systems to align strategies and operational processes.
Requirements:
- 6 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related fields in high-growth environments, including previous leadership and team development capabilities.
- Demonstrated expertise with Salesforce CRM, data analytics, and revenue forecasting.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Compensation:
The expected on-target earnings (OTE), which is comprised of a base salary and other forms of cash compensation, such as bonus or commissions, is currently $156,000 to $187,250.
This pay range is just one component of MX's total rewards package. MX takes a number of factors into account when determining individual starting pay, including job and level they are hired into, location, skillset, peer compensation.
