Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to current clients, both over the phone and in person
- Quote coverages and sell various types of insurance policies on behalf of insurance carriers
- Provide consistent support for teammates, including sales and service staff
- Service existing customers with policy requests / endorsements, claim and billing inquiries, and other requests
- Maintain consistent documentation in Agency Management System.
Requirement
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
- Great Customer Service Skills.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
- Prior insurance experience is required. Insurance license is not required at time of hire, but expectation would be of completion within 90 days of employment.
