Marketing Manager – Social Media & Community Growth [not entry level]

We’re hiring a Marketing Manager who lives and breathes social media, understands platform shifts before they happen, and knows how to turn engagement into real brand growth. This role is for a high-level strategist and trend-spotter who can craft bold, data-driven campaigns while fostering a deep, organic connection with our audience.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing to elevate our brand presence across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms. This is a fast-paced, community-driven role where agility, intuition, and creative problem-solving are key.

Key Responsibilities

1. Real-Time Social Media Strategy – Stay ahead of cultural shifts and emerging trends, ensuring our brand remains relevant, engaging, and at the forefront of conversation.

2. Community Engagement & Growth – Develop and execute strategies that deepen audience connection, increase organic reach, and turn followers into loyal customers.

3. Data-Driven Optimization – Analyze social media performance, engagement patterns, and audience behavior to refine strategies and maximize impact.

4. High-Impact Content Execution – Lead content planning, ensuring every post, story, and campaign is aligned with our brand voice, visually compelling, and designed to perform.

5. Influencer & Creator Partnerships – Identify and collaborate with creators, ambassadors, and tastemakers to amplify our reach and credibility.

6. Cross-Platform Experimentation – Test and adapt content for different social platforms, from short-form video on TikTok to community-driven content on Instagram and beyond.

7. Agility & Speed – Move quickly in response to viral moments, algorithm changes, and audience feedback, always staying two steps ahead.

Qualifications

1. Industry Experience – 3-6 years managing social media for a fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brand, with proven results in growth and engagement.

2. Deep Social Media Fluency – Strong understanding of platform algorithms, engagement strategies, and what makes content perform.

3. Creative & Analytical Balance – Ability to craft compelling content while leveraging data insights to refine and optimize strategy.

4. Leadership & Execution – Experience managing creative teams, executing campaigns, and maintaining momentum in a fast-moving environment.

5. Passion for Culture & Community – A natural ability to connect with online communities, understand their behaviors, and create content that resonates deeply.

This is a full-time position for a candidate looking to take ownership of our social media platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
