We’re looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Junior Content Creator & Content Editor to bring our brand’s social presence to life through compelling video content. If you have 1-2 years of experience editing videos or creating content and understand how each platform works, this role is for you. Ideally, you’re a recent graduate or actively pursuing a career in content creation, digital marketing, or a related field. You’ll work closely with the Marketing and Creative teams to capture and edit high-quality video content that enhances our brand storytelling and drives engagement.
This is a full-time, in-person role based in Doral, FL 33172.
Key Responsibilities
Content Filming & Execution
Capture organic content using an iPhone camera , ensuring visually appealing and engaging videos.
Attend photoshoots to support on-set content needs , including behind-the-scenes footage, short clips, and quick edits for real-time posting.
Stay proactive in identifying viral trends and real-time content opportunities that align with the brand’s identity.
Ensure all content aligns with our brand’s aesthetics and messaging, keeping a consistent and high-quality look and feel.
Video Editing & Post-Production
Edit high-quality short-form video content for social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Apply color correction, captions, transitions, and effects to enhance visual appeal and engagement.
Optimize videos for various platforms while maintaining a cohesive brand aesthetic .
Ensure fast turnaround times while maintaining top-tier quality.
Must have experience using CapCut, TikTok, Reels, or similar video-editing platforms to create high-quality, engaging content.
Content Optimization & Strategy
Work closely with the Marketing & Creative teams to execute the social media content strategy.
Analyze content performance and suggest creative ideas based on engagement and audience feedback.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, sounds, editing styles, and best practices to ensure our content remains competitive and fresh.
Manage and organize content libraries for efficient access and usage.
On-Set & Team Collaboration
Be an energized and supportive presence at photoshoots, assisting the team in capturing compelling footage.
Collaborate with the Marketing and Creative teams to bring fresh ideas and innovative video concepts.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for content execution.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
At least 1-2 years of experience in video editing and content creation, preferably within fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
Understanding how to work with TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts .
Must have hands-on experience with CapCut, TikTok, Reels, or similar video-editing platforms .
Undergrad or recently graduated.
Skills & Requirements
Understanding in iPhone content creation utilizing lighting, composition, and storytelling.
Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining creativity and quality.
Strong understanding of social media trends , engagement tactics, and audience behaviors.
Highly organized , detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to contribute new ideas.
