We’re seeking a driven and dynamic Fractional Yacht Salesperson to join our team. If you’re experienced in time-share or vacation ownership sales and have a passion for luxury experiences, this is your chance to bring those skills to the exciting world of yachting.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of fractional yacht ownership shares, connecting potential clients with the dream of yacht ownership.
- Identify, qualify, and close prospects through a consultative sales process.
- Leverage existing leads and generate new ones through networking, events, and partnerships.
- Present the benefits and features of fractional yacht ownership with compelling, client-focused presentations.
- Maintain a deep understanding of My Yacht Co’s programs, inventory, and partner offerings to provide tailored solutions.
- Utilize CRM tools, such as Salesforce, to manage leads, track progress, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Attend luxury events, boat shows, and private viewings to represent the brand and engage with high-net-worth individuals.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in time-share, vacation ownership, or luxury sales.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- High energy, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Knowledge of the luxury market, particularly yachting, is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, such as Salesforce, to manage sales pipelines.
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, events, and presentations.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
