About the Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including technical experts and leadership, to create impactful proposals and solutions that solve real business problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and develop relationships with potential clients in the IT services space (B2B).
- Generate qualified leads through networking, outreach, and strategic research.
- Develop and present customized proposals, solutions, and pricing strategies.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from first contact to signed contract.
- Work closely with technical and delivery teams to align client needs with service capabilities.
- Track pipeline and report performance metrics regularly.
- Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–7 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition in the IT services or tech industry.
- Strong knowledge of IT services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to sales.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Existing client network or industry contacts in key verticals
- Understanding technical terms and development processes.
- International market experience is a plus.
