About the Role
As a Business Development Manager, you'll play a critical role in expanding our network of MSP partners, developing strong vendor relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. You’ll work closely with our leadership, sales, and delivery teams to align client needs with cutting-edge IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new MSP vendors and technology partners to strengthen our service offerings.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing MSP partners and vendors.
- Drive strategic alliance initiatives to open up new revenue streams.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create go-to-market strategies for services delivered via MSP channels.
- Negotiate contracts and partnership agreements with vendors and third-party providers.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and vendor landscapes.
- Meet or exceed revenue and partnership growth targets.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or vendor management in IT services or MSP space.
- Deep understanding of managed services models, partner ecosystems, and value-added reseller (VAR) relationships.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to both business and technical audiences.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales reporting.
- Self-starter attitude with a track record of closing deals and growing accounts.
