Duties:
Gain a thorough understanding of our product line in order to effectively act as a liaison between customers, outside sales representatives, and the Company.
Analyze customer accounts and identify opportunities to make improvements that positively impact the customer experience. Make product and/or service recommendations to customers based on these analyses.
Manage the daily functionality of the customer support department, ensure quality of daily service and performance objectives.
Promote products and services to existing customers and generate sales.
Assist with the placement of orders. Provide support to the Outside Sales team.
Represent the business to clients and visitors through professional phone and face-to-face interaction. Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction, clarify information, and work to provide solutions to issues.

- Proven experience in inside sales or a related field
- Experience in technology sales or a related field
