```Duties```
- Coordinate and manage projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are completed
- Perform clerical duties such as responding to emails, printing, data entry, creating spreadsheets ect.
- Assist with office management tasks, including maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Organize and maintain files and documents in both physical and electronic formats
- Transcribe meeting minutes and other important documents accurately
- Provide support to other team members as needed
```Experience```
- Previous experience in an office assistant or administrative role is preferred but willing to train.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Ability to type accurately at a moderate speed
