Job Description: Pay Per Click (PPC) and Digital Lead
Company Overview:
We are a leading national home services company dedicated to providing top-quality services to our customers. As we continue to expand our digital presence and drive growth, we are seeking a talented Pay Per Click (PPC) and Digital Manager to join our team. This role is essential in managing our digital advertising campaigns, maximizing ROI, and driving targeted traffic to our website. This is an on-site, in the office, leadership position.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive PPC strategies across multiple platforms, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising channels.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and ad copy optimization to enhance campaign performance, increase click-through rates, and drive conversions.
Create and manage effective digital advertising campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, budget allocation, and bid management.
Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights on key metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI.
Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques to optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and campaign elements for maximum performance.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in PPC, digital advertising, and emerging platforms to ensure our campaigns remain competitive and innovative.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall marketing strategies, including SEO, content marketing, and social media.
Oversee and manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and advertising partners to drive efficiency and effectiveness in digital marketing efforts.
Monitor and manage the company's online reputation, responding to customer reviews and engaging in online communities to maintain a positive brand image.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices in PPC and digital marketing.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a PPC Manager or Digital Marketing Manager, with a focus on paid advertising campaigns.
In-depth knowledge of PPC platforms, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and other social media advertising channels.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and optimize campaign performance.
Proficiency in tools and platforms for campaign management, bid optimization, and analytics (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager).
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques to drive improvements in campaign performance.
Understanding of SEO principles and their integration with PPC campaigns to maximize search visibility and user engagement.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
Experience in the home services industry or related field is a plus.
