Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Setup & Configuration
- Configure and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to support marketing initiatives, including email marketing, social media marketing, advertising, and customer journeys.
- Set up and manage permissions, roles, and data configurations to ensure secure access and optimal functionality.
- Implement core Marketing Cloud features such as Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Mobile Studio.
Marketing Data Management
- Design and implement data models, manage marketing data integrations, and optimize data flows within Salesforce.
- Ensure proper data segmentation and audience management to enhance targeting and personalization.
User Training & Support
- Develop and deliver training sessions to users on Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionality, best practices, and daily operations.
- Act as the primary contact for troubleshooting and resolving Salesforce Marketing Cloud issues.
- Create and maintain comprehensive user documentation and training materials.
Collaboration with Marketing Teams
- Collaborate with marketing teams to understand campaign objectives and ensure the platform supports their needs effectively.
- Assist in the development and optimization of marketing automation workflows, email campaigns, and reporting tools.
Salesforce Administration
- Oversee the administration and maintenance of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring users have access to necessary tools and resources.
- Create, monitor, and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into campaign performance and user engagement.
Compliance & Security
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and Salesforce best practices related to security, access control, and system performance.
- Manage marketing data in accordance with privacy regulations such as GDPR.
System Optimization & Continuous Improvement
- Regularly assess the performance of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud environment to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and enhancement.
- Stay current with the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and best practices, applying them to improve system performance.
Preferred Skills
- Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems such as CRM, ERP, or third-party marketing tools.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, analytics, and campaign performance reporting within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience
- 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including configuration, customization, and administration.
- Proven track record in setting up permissions, roles, and data configurations in Salesforce.
- Strong background in marketing automation, email marketing, customer journeys, and data management within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Salesforce Certifications
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (required).
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud components, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio.
- Proficiency in data integration, data segmentation, and audience creation within Salesforce.
- Experience creating user documentation and delivering training sessions on Salesforce tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Soft Skills
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to train and support users effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively with marketing teams and stakeholders to align Salesforce with business objectives.

Contract Details
