- Event Planning: Organize and coordinate community events, workshops, and activities that promote resident engagement and foster a sense of community.
- Resource Coordination: Assist residents in accessing community resources, services, and programs that enhance their quality of life.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure seamless communication and effective service delivery.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, event planning details, and resource referrals.
- Feedback Collection: Gather resident feedback to assess needs and improve services, ensuring a resident-centered approach.
- Outreach: Promote events and services through newsletters, social media, and community bulletin boards.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or degrees in social work, human services, or related fields preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in customer service, community engagement, property management or related fields. Event planning experience is a plus.
- Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
