Salesforce Administrator

N2 Solutions, a fast-growing technology company, specializes in designing and implementing tailored digital solutions for clients across industries. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Administrator to manage and enhance Salesforce platforms for client projects. This role is integral to our project pipeline, where you will focus on creating impactful reports and dashboards, handling essential data processes, performing configurations, and setting up Salesforce environments to support business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Reports and Dashboards: Design and manage Salesforce reports and dashboards to deliver actionable insights that drive decision-making for client teams.
• Data Management: Handle data imports, exports, and cleansing to ensure accuracy and reliability across Salesforce systems.
• Salesforce Configurations: Configure custom fields, workflows, page layouts, and other adjustments to align with project requirements.
• Salesforce Setups: Collaborate with stakeholders to perform initial Salesforce setups and tailor the environment to organizational or client-specific needs.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business objectives.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to improve platform efficiency.
• Stay updated on new Salesforce features and best practices to continually improve system usage.
• Partner with the Development teams to align Salesforce with infrastructure components and integrations
• Participate in project management to ensure timely delivery of Salesforce-related projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role, including implementing and managing client-focused solutions.
• Expertise in creating and managing Salesforce reports and dashboards for data-driven insights.
• Strong skills in data management, including data imports, exports, and cleansing within Salesforce.
• Proficiency in performing simple Salesforce configurations, such as custom fields, workflows, and layouts.
• Experience with Salesforce setup and customization to meet organizational or client-specific requirements.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure components such as AWS, Azure.
• Experience working with NoSQL databases is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, client-first approach to issue resolution.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage technical and non-technical stakeholders, including clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
