About the Role:
We're seeking a skilled Audiologist to join a well-established network of clinics. This position will be integral in providing high-quality audiological services to patients of all ages. The ideal candidate has a passion for patient care, excels in a fast-paced setting, and enjoys collaborating with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive audiological assessments and interpret results.
- Administer hearing tests and other diagnostic services using an audio booth and fitting room.
- Provide counseling and support for patients and their families regarding treatment options.
- Work closely with physicians to create personalized treatment plans, including hearing aid fittings and Baja implant support.
- Perform hearing aid evaluations, adjustments, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare formal reports for healthcare providers.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master's or Clinical Doctorate in Audiology from an accredited program.
- Licensure: Current, valid California Audiology license.
- Certifications: Certification of Clinical Competency from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association or membership in the American Academy of Audiology preferred.
- Experience: 2-3 years in a healthcare or ambulatory setting preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
