What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Associate (Temporary) position at Nalu Medical, Inc?
The Human Resources Associate will provide administrative and transactional processing support for various HR programs including onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and HR compliance. This position is a Temporary assignment (minimum of 3 months) and is required to work in the corporate office 5 days / week during normal business hours.
Responsibilities :
- Process all transactions for new hires, terminations, job changes
- Ensure employee files are up-to-date and audit-ready
- Ensure job descriptions are complete and updated
- Maintain employee data in HR system (Paycor) and improve / maintain employee documentation and files
- Act as back-up to the Office Manager and support site-related activities at the corporate office
- Process background checks and employment verifications
- Administer I-9 / eVerify process and prepare information for audits
Requirements :
Pay Range : $23 - $26 per hour
