What are the responsibilities and job description for the Early Childhood Services Instructional Coach Coordinator position at Napa County Office Of Education?
This position will provide coaching, professional development, workforce advising and technical assistance to site supervisors, teachers and other Early Childhood staff to enhance the early learning and development of young children. The Napa County Office of Education (NCOE) is a public agency that provides academic services and enrichment opportunities for students, teachers and the community, as well as critical business services for school districts. NCOE partners with the five public school districts in Napa County on a variety of programs and issues. NCOE also operates numerous federal and state grants including a robust AmeriCorps program and state-wide projects supporting Special Education students. NCOE's Early Childhood Services program is a leader in inclusive classroom structures.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• One of the following: Child Development Master Teacher Permit, Child Development Site Supervisor Permit, Child Development Program Director Permit, or ECSE Teaching Certification
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development or a related field; or 5 years of successful classroom experience in Early Education, 2 years of administrative experience, including experience in classroom
• Experience with Practice Based Coaching
