Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the front office/bell departments
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests
- Manage guest services, including handling inquiries, requests, and complaints
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Train and supervise front desk/bell staff
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Manage reservations and room assignments
- Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations and guest services
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in phone systems and other office equipment
- Bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and diplomacy
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
