Position Overview: The Executive Assistant to the CEO will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of the CEO’s professional and personal life. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to handle confidential information with the utmost integrity. You will be the linchpin in coordinating schedules, managing communication, and handling personal errands, all while supporting strategic business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Professional Support:
- Manage and prioritize the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and review correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and project management.
- Assist with planning and organizing executive meetings, events, and conferences.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Provide logistical support for business trips, including travel arrangements and itineraries.
Personal Support:
- Manage personal appointments, errands, and day-to-day tasks for the CEO.
- Coordinate personal travel arrangements and accommodations, and other personal tasks as needed.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and personal service providers or contractors.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of projects and requests.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior executives.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office technology and software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with high-level stakeholders.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality in managing sensitive information.
- Flexible, resourceful, and proactive with a positive attitude.
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
