Summary
The Office of Stem Engagement (OSTEM) at the Glenn Research Center (GRC) is seeking a skilled individual to provide leadership and management of the GRC OSTEM, and to serve as the GRC principal adviser, spokesperson, and liaison for educational and student engagement activities. The GRC OSTEM Director manages and organization that leads and contributes to a diverse set of national projects devoted to engaging students and educators in NASA's missions.

Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work. To qualify for GS-15, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level: Collaborating across diverse interdisciplinary teams, leveraging specialized expertise to build impactful and results-driven coalitions; Applying concepts of strategic planning in order to connect strategy with execution and achieve intended results; Analyzing the effectiveness of programs/projects and communicating recommended improvements to leadership at multiple levels.
