Job Title: Marketing Director for Dental Implant Clinic

Location: Nashville, TN

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Director to join our dental implant clinic. As the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a marketing strategy that will increase patient growth and maximize revenue. You will be working closely with the management team to understand the clinic's goals and create a marketing plan that aligns with them.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to grow the patient base and increase revenue.
• Identify target markets and develop marketing campaigns to attract new patients.
• Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement promotions and events that will attract new patients and retain existing ones.
• Develop and manage a marketing budget to ensure maximum return on investment.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in dental marketing and apply them to our clinic.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with a track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different teams.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and marketing metrics.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization.
• Experience in the healthcare industry or dental marketing is a plus.
• Knowledge of web design and development is a plus.
